A superb family room and exceeded expectations. Really pleased with our family which consisted of two rooms linked together. The kids had bunkbeds and loved it. They had lovely touches like a chalk board, colouring books and a SEGA Megadrive all connected up. Really lovely hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Our host was lovely and very accommodating. Greeted us when we arrived and really looked after us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. This place is superb value for money and in the best location. We will 100% stay here again when we next visit. Thank you for looking after us.

Lovely little place in a perfect location. The rooms are really cute. We had a family room with another room within it for the kids, it was perfect that they had their own room to get to sleep earlier than me and my husband. Alessandra was lovely and went beyond and above when I mentioned my husband's birthday was on the Saturday. I asked whether anything special could be done for him at breakfast maybe and she set up the breakfast table with balloons and a happy birthday banner and even bought a small cake with candles! Thank you 😊

Lovely room (room 6) with a great view out towards the pier and beach. The room had everything you could need, including extra little touches like a chalkboard and games console for the kids and a small fridge for any snacks you might need to keep chilled. The bunk beds are separate from the main bedroom area with a door that can be shut. Handy if you want them to get some sleep but you still want to stay up for a little longer without disturbing them. Yummy breakfast in the morning too. A very pleasant stay.

It's the second time we've stayed here and it's always good. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with plenty of clean towels, tea, coffee and sugar. The breakfast is fantastic and very quick as you order it the day before and tell them what you'd like. All the staff are happy, friendly and very helpful. We couldn't check in until the stated 4pm but they allowed us to register the car earlier so we could park in the spaces round the corner.

The shabby chic look makes the property one of a kind so it’s unusual to all the rest. Alex is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble, food was amazing and the cleanliness was spot on. This is now my 3rd year coming here as it’s right in the heart of Great Yarmouth and opposite the beach. I have already started planning my holiday for next year with staying at Henry’s on the prom..
